What you'll create and do
i) As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping our clients solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:
ii) Use your knowledge and experience related to creating global Salesforce solutions, enterprise technical design, best practices and implementation of the Salesforce suite of products to enterprise clients
iii) Developing custom applications using Lightning Components, Salesforce Apex and Visualforce
iv) Designing, developing, testing, and deploying programmatic solutions that are maintainable and reusable
v) Following Apex design patterns and object-oriented programming best practices
vi) Provides Salesforce expert knowledge on best practices
vii) Collaborate with PwC and client Enterprise Architects, Developer Leads and Business Analysts
viii) Collaborate at client meetings
ix) Create technical documentation of designs or implementations
x) Collaborate closely with Functional leads to identify the best possible business solution for our clients
xi) Work closely with and take instructions from Technical Leads and engagement teams in other geographies and across time zones
xii) Raise escalations related to project deliverables / quality
xiii) Make sure projects use applicable automation and assets
xiv) Ensure each project adheres to quality standards
xv) Provide technical and functional guidance to team member whenever required
What you'll bring to this role
i) Bachelor's degree in computer science
ii) 5-6 years overall industry experience
iii) 3+ years of development experience with the Salesforce platform
iv) 2+ years of JavaScript and JavaScript Framework (angular, react, node JS, LWC) experience
v) Experience with Apex and Java/C#
vi) Knowledge of the advanced programmatic capabilities of the Lightning Platform, data modeling to develop complex business logic and interfaces
vii) Knowledge of Salesforce Visibility & Sharing, Access & Security, Architecture Best Practices, Performance, Governor Limits, etc.
viii) Experience working with and collecting requirements/feedback directly from stakeholders and integrating that into code
ix) Proven application support experience (debugging, customer support, etc.)
x) Proven problem-solving skills
xi) Experience working in an agile team
xii) Experience with system integration and API development
xiii) One or more Salesforce certifications, including: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, and/or Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II
Assets / Bonus
i) Additional certifications including Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Community Cloud Consultant, and/or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator are a bonus
ii) Active Trailhead profile
iii) Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools
iv) nCino, Vlocity, MuleSoft experience/certification
