Job Description
We are looking for someone with experience in a fast-paced start-up environment—you must be agile and able to adapt to changing conditions and priorities. You will help us collect, measure, visualize, update,and maintain information related to our customers and products. A track record of successfully managing databases, and improving workflows is an essential skill set needed to be successful in this role.
Key Responsibilities
i) Collect, update and enter data in databases and maintain accurate records of valuable company information on company-designed tools.
ii) Insert customer and account data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits
iii) Compile, verify the accuracy, and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data.
iv) Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output.
v) Research and obtain further information for incomplete information
vi) Apply data program techniques and procedures
vii) Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations
viii) Scan documents and print files, when needed
ix) Keep information confidential
x) Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
xi) Comply with data integrity and security policies
xii) Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions
Responsibilities
i) 1-3 years of experience in Data Mining, Data Research, Data Entry, Data Cleansing, Data Scrubbing, and duplication.
ii) Good verbal and written communication skills
iii) Eye on attention to details
iv) Experience in collecting and interpreting data
v) Experience in reporting the results back to the relevant members of the business
vi) Ability to identify patterns and trends in data sets
vii) Experience in working alongside teams within the business or the management team to establish business needs
viii) Defining new data collection and analysis processes
Candidate Requirements
i) Familiarity with CMS, CRMs, marketing process automation tools and good command over Excel and google sheets is desirable.
ii) Tech background.
Work Days
i) Full Time - 5 days a week (Mon to Fri)
ii) (Working Hours: Must be able to overlap 3-4 hours with United States time zones, since our major stakeholders are based out of the U.S.A)
