Job Responsibilities
i) Developing new user-facing features using Next and React.js
ii) Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
iii) Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
iv) Translating designs and wireframes (Figma and Invison) into high-quality code
v) Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
vi) Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
vii) Creating a responsive website.
viii) Working with version control systems such as GitHub and Bitbucket.
ix) Working with CICD pipelines
x) Producing high-quality work with a strong focus on detail.
Job Requirements
i) Experience in ReactJS is a must
ii) Experience in NextJS is a must
iii) Working experience in Storybook
iv) Proficient in Javascript, even better if you know Typescript
v) Proficient understanding of state management framework - Redux, React Context, Mobx
vi) Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them
vii) Experience with CMS integration using any of the following: Contentstack, Contentful, Prismic, and Amplience
viii) Knowledgeable in using frontend testing: Jest, React Testing Library, Enzyme is a plus.
ix) Good understanding of responsive web development
x) Good understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that applications will adhere to them.
xi) Familiarity with RESTful APIs
xii) Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
xiii) Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
xiv) Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/ECMA Script 5/6
xv) Experience with common front-end development tools such as Javascript ES6, jQuery, Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
xvi) Knowledge of SCSS / SASS or another CSS pre-processor
xvii) Knowledge of Build, dependency management, and version control tools & workflows such as npm, Yarn, Gulp, and Gitflow
xviii) A thorough understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues
xix) Strong understanding of responsive web design techniques
xx) Understanding of W3C web standards/semantics and accessibility guidelines
Following Experience will be a bonus
i) Working with integrations via connectors/plugins, middleware (primsatic.io, php laravel, nodejs, etc.), or custom implementations with 3rd party systems such as OMS, ERP, CRM, etc
