Responsibilities

A day in the life of an Infoscion:

• Your main task as a member of the Infosys project management team would be to assume full bottom-line accountability for a Project.

• You'll take the lead in the proposal development, look through the project estimates, and gather feedback from important stakeholders to position Infosys effectively and close the transaction. 

• As part of managing project risks and ensuring effective project delivery and implementation, you will frequently schedule assignments, monitor, review, and report project progress.

• In addition, you will coach the team, develop a vision for it, provide subject-matter training for your primary areas of interest, and encourage and motivate your team members by giving them useful feedback at the right moment and by praising them when they do well. 

• You would play a significant role in developing thought leadership in the field of technology specialization while adhering to Infosys' rules, regulations, and standards.

Job Description

Apply for this position if you have:

i) Knowledge of typescript, frontend frameworks (preferably React), javascript APIs and tooling, state management, accessibility, performance, and security.

ii) High degree of empathy for users, willingness to question assumptions, independence, openness to criticism, and comfort with technical complexity.

iii) Knowledge of Web Extensions or React Native.

iv) Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to answer questions quickly.

Additional Responsibilities

• Basics of project management 

• Development and maintenance of project lifecycles, estimating techniques, and quality control procedures.

• Knowledge of at least one programming language, architecture frameworks, and design principles, as well as the capacity to understand & manage technology, are all desirable.

• Basic domain knowledge is necessary to comprehend the functionality and business requirements.

• The capacity to manage activities, plan and schedule projects, and coordinate project resources to fulfill goals and deadlines.

• The capacity to assess needs, define scope, develop estimates, and produce project charters in collaboration with business and technology subject matter experts. 

• A prerequisite is having a solid understanding of the SDLC and agile approaches.

• Knowledge of current trends and technology

• Logical reasoning, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work with others
